Having taught preschool for what seems like a gazillion years, I love finding fun alphabet learning ideas for kids. Even though ours are a little beyond that stage, I still find myself collecting ideas and know I can use them with our co-op group.
If you have paper and can write the letters of the alphabet, you have all you need for these five simple ABC games using paper circles from Little Family Fun.
Do-a-dot markers have always been a huge hit in our house and these alphabet do-a-dot printables are SO much fun for little one to work on words that start with that beginning sound.
Go on an alphabet adventure scavenger hunt. This idea from PlayDrMom looks like so much fun and her kids found a TON of things!
This alphabet sensory bin from Nurturing Naters is SO colorful and just makes me want to pull out some alphabet pasta and magnets and make a big mess.
If you want to work on fine motor skills with your kids, these Qtip painting alphabet printables from 1+1+1=1 would be a lot of fun.
Have some GeoBoards? These ABC geoboard ideas from Making Learning Fun would be a blast!
This puffy alphabet squish idea from I Can Teach My Child is an incredibly fun tactile way to include some alphabet fun in your day!
