Throughout many of the years of our homeschooling, we have turned time and time and again to Grapevine Bible Studies with the kids. We may stop and use another program for a bit, but the kids always ask when we can use Grapevine again.
Using simple stick figures, the kids have drawn their way through multiple Bible stories and learned so many Biblical facts and truths. They’ve even started using stick figure drawing in their other classes, like history, because they love it so much. This coming year we will be working through the New Testament study together with our 3rd through 9th graders.

I would love to win this! We haven’t ever used Grapevine, but I’ve heard great things about it, and have wanted to purchase the OT for my PreK and 1st grader. I haven’t yet because I’ve been waiting to see when I can find it at it’s cheapest, but this would be a great way for us to start!

I like the stick figure concept. Seems like it would be fun, but not time consuming like a curriculum that included more drawing and coloring. I’d love to win the Birth of John to Jesus’s Ministry. I’m not sure which level would be appropriate for a 2nd/3rd grader.

I’m torn as to which one. I love how the titles are divided so nicely into levels, and offered samples showing the levels. THe New Testament and The Birth of Jesus is probably where we’d start. I also like the Genesis sample teachers guide shown on the website. I also think the Bible dictionary will make an excellent Christmas/birthday gift :)
