Frog Life Cycle Printables

Not too long ago I shared a butterfly life cycle printable set with you all. Our family loves watching the various life cycles of nature around it – it’s truly so fascinating!

While we’ve learned about the life cycles of frogs as well, I never got around to creating the go-along printable set until now and wanted to share it with you all, especially since the weather is warming up and tadpoles are ready to be found!

We’ve raised tadpoles in the past and it is so much fun to watch them grow and develop!

Here’s a peek at what’s included in the 60 page download (full color AND black/white):

  • 5 full-page color posters of the life cycle of a frog
  • full color mini life cycle cards (print 4 to a page)
  • 12 trivia cards
  • 8 page mini-booklet (full color and black/white)
  • 5 color and journal pages (full color and black/white)
  • 5 trace and learn pages (full color and black/white)
  • frog life cycle poster (full color and black/white)
  • 2 life cycle activity sheets (full color and black/white)
  • parts of a frog activity sheet (full color and black/white)
  • life cycle sequencing strips
  • 8 vocabulary picture/word matching cards
  • 8 mini sequencing cards with added stages (full color)

The full set is $3 and available in my Teachers Pay Teacher shop. I hope these printables are a help to you all as you have fun watching tadpoles grow – it’s such a fun process!

Get Your April Organized – April 2018 Planning Pages

With Easter falling on April 1st this year, I wanted to get the April 2018 planning pages in your hands before the week gets crazy with Easter egg hunts and all the other good stuff.

With spring officially here, it has me itching to get some things cleaned out of our house – and well SPRING CLEAN.

I refuse to look at the boy’s room right now because it might make me want to curl up in a ball and cry.

We’re getting close to the end of our year and our trip to the Netherlands mid-May. This April McKenna and I will be traveling to Atlanta together (I’ll be speaking at Teach Them Diligently the first weekend). Other than that, our weekends are actually open and free. Breathing room is what I like to see!

If you’d like to lay out your month, I have a free download of my April 2018 Personal Planner Pages – try them out this month and see how they work for you.

A Peek Inside My Planner

If you’d like to take a look at how I’ve set up my yearly planner, I’ve explained it more in this post here, as well as given links to my favorite binder and colorful tabs (because pretty makes life fun too, right?).

This year I’ve done a little something different and pulled my planner out of the binder and had it spiral bound at Staples. It has worked wonderfully and I love it this way!!

Don’t Miss The Daily To-Do List

Daily to do list free printable

My Daily To-Do List is pretty basic, but hopefully it will work for you too. There is an area to make a list of things to accomplish, household goals, appointment, meals for the day, and even a space to record exercise and water intake. Each page in the document is identical so you can print them off, cut the page in half, and have two lists. If you print them front to back, you’ll have four to-do lists and save a little paper.

Blog Planner Printables ~ Organize Your Blog Planning

Blog Planner

Maybe you need a little help organizing your blog with upcoming post ideas, reviews, and all the expenses that can go along with running a site. Years ago I created a free blog planner that has been a huge help to me and many other. The planner itself is undated so it can be used year after year, but recently I updated the yearly calendar page for my readers as well and thought it would be great to reshare.

Would you like a peek inside my blog planner?

Printable Blog Planner To make a blog planner similar to mine you will need the following supplies:

      BlogPlannerCollage

I use a Mead flexible binder that is a cross between a 3 ring binder and a plastic covered composition notebook. The binder gives me plenty of room to expand and can also use pockets and dividers that fit in a typical 3 ring binder. The planner is set up to print front/back and is not dated, so you can use it from year to year. Each month there is a month-at-a-glance calendar with room underneath to note the most important things to do.

Blog Planner photos-1-3

I use monthly calendar to give me a quick snapshot overview and see if there are things I need to move or add in. The facing page has room to track giveaways and/or reviews. I like having all of the company info in one spot {contact info, important links, due dates, etc…} along with space to check off when it is completed. I typically try not to schedule more than 2 reviews or giveaways in a month, but have room for three…just in case!

Blog Planner photos-3

There is also additional space to jot down extra notes {Note: I custom divided this area in mine to keep track of any sponsors/advertisers that I have for the month}. Along the sides of the planner, I use Avery Write-on Tabs to label the months in the planner, so I can quickly flip to those months if needed.

Weekly Blog Planner Layout-1

Having the weeks at a glance is also really helpful to me, so I have two pages that lay flat and give me space to track posts and see them laid out weekly. Each post area also has social media reminders for me to check off {Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+}. Sometimes my brain just needs a few added reminders!

Blog Planner photos-1-2 There are a few months that need more than 4 weeks of layouts, and for those weeks, I printed a few extra sheets of the weekly layouts, cut them in half, 3 hole-punched them and added them into those months that needed them. Blog Planner Extras Toward the back of the blog planner there are planning pages to help you with any additional details you may want to track {and maybe even a few you hadn’t thought of yet!}. Overall, this 66 page blog planner includes:

  • 12 month-at-a-glance pages with a monthly focus list
  • room to track reviews and giveaways
  • space to jot notes and ideas
  • weekly post trackers, including social media reminders
  • yearly goals and objectives
  • monthly website analytics tracker: RSS, Facebook, Twitter, etc…
  • a place to keep track of affiliate program info
  • a Twitter hashtag tracker {because there are lots!
  • Google communities and hangout tracker
  • Pinterest Group boards tracker
  • Periscope users and scopes to follow tracker
  • Instagram hashtag tracker
  • weekly blog meme tracker
  • mileage sheet {who thought blogging might involve driving?}
  • website username & password sheet {I can’t remember them all!}
  • and room to jot down all those wonderful post ideas

March 2018 Planning Pages – Free Printable

Here comes March! I don’t know how your year has been going, but February seems to have been flying by.

School has been keeping us busy, along with a swim meet, volunteering, and a weekly evening service our church has been holding. The kids and I have all been helping with childcare, which makes the weeks go by even more quickly. Add in co-op classes and life, and good grief.

I’m hoping March has a little more breathing room.

We’ve also had crazy-fickle weather here! We go from 70 degree days to ice/snow closing down everything only two days later. (Today we are relishing the 80 degree temps and the kids are outdoors bouncing around).

Even though it’s not the start of the year, maybe you’d like to get organized along with me in March. To help you out, I have a free download of my March 2018 Personal Planner Pages – try them out this month and see how they work for you.
