This post is a part of my 10 Day of Teaching God’s Word series
One of the biggest helps to our kids has been using printables for them to remember verses that we are learning. There’s something about having the verse smack in front of your face with a picture clue to help you remember what you are learning.
Our kids have participated in a program with a local church for the last few years and I put together different Bible verse printables for them for those they were studying. The printables typically include an 8 1/2” x 11” page, cut-apart verse strips, and also 4” x 6” cards.
We slip our 4” x 6” cards into a small photo book {usually $1 at Walmart}. The verse strips can be taped or glued together or you can put them in the correct order using a tabletop pocket chart.
Preschool Bible Verse Printables
Today I am sharing the preschool Bible verse printables ~ so far there are over 60 verses uploaded!! What you see is just a portion of what is still coming {YAY!!!}. Here’s a little peek at what the full Bible verse printables look like along with one of the sentence strip pages.
You can find all of my Bible resources for kids on my website along with all of my Bible Verse Printables. Be sure to visit back tomorrow for additional printables for elementary-aged children!

LoVe these………seriously LoVe these! Thank you for your time and generosity!
I just had the best time with my 2 1/2 year old sitting on my lap as I opened each to save the,. We looked at the pictures and talked about them, thank you!!!
YAY!!! So glad to hear this. :)
Thank you so much! I also like your ABC verses on the key ring. When do you think you will have the elementary verses available? I think they’ll be better for my 5 yo…but might print sooner than later. :)
Was hoping to work on them today and may get a chunk of them done tonight, but need to focus on some time with my kiddos since I’m heading out of town this weekend! :)
Oh yay! I can’t wait to see them! I know I said it before, but you’ve made an awesome series.
Yay! Thanks so much for these! I love them. You started our Bible verse learning two yrs ago when I used your Awana printables with my then 2 yr old daughter. With the pictures she could memorize so many verses! We continue to use them (and many more) and my now 2 yr old son has joined in. You also introduced us to Seeds CDs to learn more verses with great music. Thank you so much for all you do.
so glad that they are helping!! :)
Thank you so much for these!
So disappointed to see the Awana printables removed. :( They were such a help and a blessing to the kids in our club.
I’m working on some updated verses – hopefully will be able to share them soon!! :)
I am contemplating home schooling our little girl. We have about 2 years to decide. However, I’m trying to do research now and I’m overwhelmed by all of the information out there. How do you pick a program or the material to use? Which is the best?
Start with what you are interested in and your child!! When they are younger there are so many different things that you can do together and it doesn’t need to be complicated at all. With Pinterest and the internet, it can get crazy overwhelming. Take a deep breath and focus on the few core things like math, reading/language and handwriting. :) You can build from there.
I don’t know if this duplicates something you’ve already done, but I am going through Letter verses with songs on my site and giving to OneVerse as we learn the songs. My kids are 3, 5, 7 and it’s working really well! http://www.thepoorganiclife.com/letter-verses
I’m off to check out your post. Here’s another post for you too, related to ABC verses:

Many of the verses I used also come from the cds from Seeds Family Worship {which is all Scripture put to music}. It’s been a fabulous way for our family to learn Scripture and remember it! :)
love your site and all your effort to share with the rest of us!!
Thanks so much, Mary. :)
You don’t have these in KJV do you?
I don’t – I’m sorry! :)
Thank you for your creative resources. We are implementing a memory verse program for our Sunday School, and I am excited to use your ideas to encourage our students!
I hope they are a huge help to you! :)
These are so cute! I’m linking to this post of yours in an upcoming post of my own (around October 7th). I hope you see some new followers! Lisa (www.syncopatedmama.com)
Thanks, Lisa! :)
We’re trying to start verse memorization with our young kids in Sunday School. Any tips esp if they can’t read? Bear in mind that they will take home what they learn. The kids range from 3-5. Do we need to make sure they can read first?
